Justalkn 2003 Sorrel Gelding
Corona Cocktail x Fluent by Dashing Val

Justalkn is broke with a laid-back attitude, yet is very athletic. He was in training with Craig Stritzke of Chewelah, Washington, prior to being sold to Curt Walz of Battleground, Wash.

(email from Curt on Jan. 8) Hello, I just wanted to let you know how J is doing. I think I've finally  got him figured out. Just bought a stiff rope brow/tie down and he  really respects it. I think he was leaning so hard on the leather brow down I got for  him when I bought him.  Craig had been using a nylon one and I suppose that  was working then but once I started running him he got really strong. I ran  him 6 weeks ago and he did good I think I was 2nd in the 3D at a big race. Today he was 3rd in the 2D. I am getting really  excited that we are on the  right track. He is rating on his own before  each barrel in fact I may have to let the tie down out a little after a few more runs since he is rating so nice. I just love that horse and have high expectations for him in the next year or so. I knew when I bought him he  would be a horse I could compete in for  many years.
