JL Mark This Page, our second arrival of 2010, was born at 10pm on Monday, March 8. He has gorgeous conformation. And the exciting news is that he's NOT a solid bay . . . he has a white snip and a left hind sock. (Thanks to Lisa Johnson for coming up with Mark's name, which acknowledges his difference from his siblings!)
If there is one thing I can say about crossing Dash Ta Fame and Turning Pages is they are consistent! With the exception of two, every colt produced by this mating has been solid bay with a very similar build. And they are proven. Page Of Fame has earned over $10K in the barrel pen and is now performing in the rodeo arena, JL Turn Ta Fame is a futurity money earner, placed in the AQHA World Show in Junior Barrels in 2008 and is standing at stud for Jeanette Nelson in Georgia. JL Famous Page placed 8th in the $100K slot race held during the BFA World Championship Futurity.
... is marked for greatness!
